Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

Unless otherwise provided, the consumer (natural person) may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days for any reason and without justification. The right of withdrawal may be exercised only for contracts concluded remotely or negotiated outside commercial premises (art. 52 Consumer Code), therefore also in the case of online purchases, therefore it cannot be exercised in the case of purchases made in a store. Exercising the right of withdrawal<\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send the Owner an unequivocal written communication via certified email to syrtaria@legalmail.it of his intention to withdraw from the contract, including the withdrawal form available at the end of this document.<\/p>\n

In order to comply with the period within which the right must be exercised, the User must send the withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n
