PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
To maintain the high concept of craftsmanship of our product/creation, in most cases, you will find unique items. Since all products/creations are handmade, each item will be unique. For information regarding some products/creations that you no longer see available, send us an email to ecommerce@syrtaria.com.
Being handcrafted products/creations Often We produce limited quantities to maintain the exclusivity of the product and its uniqueness. If a product is out of stock:
- you will no longer see it visible in our SHOP
- it may be visible on the SHOP but the writing will appear on the product sheet WORN OUT
An article WORN OUT cannot be reproduced. It may happen that you will find creations that can be reproduced but none will ever be the same as the previous one, there may be small variations. For any information and request regarding a product/creation send us an email to ecommerce@syrtaria.com.
A CUSTOM PRODUCT is a product/creation made ad hoc following the guidelines requested by the customer. The customization of the creation can mean:
- create on another print a model that you see on the SHOP
- create the creation to measure (if remotely a measurement sheet will be sent to fill in to create a garment sewn on your shapes. For any clarification a video call will also be made to take measurements)
- changes to existing finished products
SIZE GUIDE
By TAILORED AND ARTISAN CREATION at Syrtaria we mean a creation made entirely by hand without the use of industrial products or industrialization processes. The only tools used are needle, thread and sewing machine. The design as well as the cut are also made by hand. We respect the Italian sizes to make our garments.
The sizes of each CREATION are specified in the product sheet of each item in the SHOP. In each CREATION the Italian size (IT) will be specified and in the lower section of the product page you will find the SIZE GUIDE section where the corresponding foreign size will be indicated.
To understand if the size proposed on our SHOP corresponds to the one you usually wear, we have inserted a detailed sheet with all the measurements corresponding to the IT and FOREIGN sizes. You will find all the details here.
Of course, you can write us an email to create a personalized creation, we will also send you a technical sheet to indicate the measurements in centimeters that we will need to be able to create your custom garment.
Each product sheet is detailed with all the references regarding IT size and other measurements for more details on the final product. At the bottom of the page you will find the SIZE GUIDE sheet where the corresponding foreign sizes will be indicated. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Once the order has been received, if it is a product/creation available online it will be shipped in 2/3 working days, if the purchased product/creation bears the wording Available to order / x available (orderable) the product/creation will have to be made ad hoc which means that it will take working days of production. You will be updated by email with specific details (generally the timing varies from 3 to 7 working days).
Once you have entered the destination country of the shipment in the cart, the delivery times will be indicated. In the case of Extra EU shipments, the times entered will not include those necessary to complete customs formalities, reserved for the competent offices. Tracking will follow to monitor the shipment.
Shipping is free in Italy starting from €350, abroad it depends on the shipping countries. On the cart page, once the destination is entered, the shipping cost will be displayed if applicable.
The Price is expressed in € (Euro) and is the currency accepted for payment on our SHOP. The applicable price is the one published on the site during the order phase.
The Price is inclusive of VAT.
In the case of international shipments, any taxes, duties, duties and other charges provided for by the laws of the State where the Products are shipped and delivered will be entirely borne by the Customers and paid by them upon delivery of our products/creations, directly to the competent tax or customs authorities or to the courier responsible for delivery.
Yes, it is possible to purchase online and collect on site at our Atelier in Via Savoia 5, 96100 Siracusa – Ortigia – maps link.
If you do not find your country in the list of shipping countries you can write an email to: ecommerce@syrtaria.com to receive assistance and a specific quote for shipping.
The shipment cannot be agreed, but we will send the tracking of the shipment so that you can check the status of the shipment and the delivery times. If you are not sure if you can collect the package, indicate a certain collection address.
DISCOUNT CODES
THE DISCOUNT CODE can be:
- reserved only for those subscribed to the newsletter who will receive them directly via email (specified during the time of subscription to our newsletter)
- specified on specific banners on our website and on our social channels
To use the DISCOUNT CODE you will need to enter it during the check-out phase before making the payment, you will find above “Do you have a promo code? Click here to enter your promo code.” Don't forget to confirm by clicking on the "APPLY" button. The DISCOUNT CODE will then be applied to the total amount of the cart.
Each DISCOUNT CODE can be used only once, check the validity period of the DISCOUNT CODE. The DISCOUNT CODE cannot be combined with items already on sale. The rules of the DISCOUNT CODE vary from time to time, check the banner or newsletter with the specifications indicated.
The discount will not be refunded and, if expired, will not be renewable.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can return the products/creations, unless exceptions are provided, within 14 calendar days for any reason and without justification. The User can find further information on the right of withdrawal in this section.
The contents of the package must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. The products/creations must contain the original packaging, any accessories, labels, instructions and other documents, if any, that accompany them.
The return of the goods must take place within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to the professional. In the event of withdrawal, the User must return the goods and is responsible for the contents of the package being returned until delivery to Syrtaria, l'Arte del Cucito.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the User.
No refund will be made for the withdrawal request if:
- the package received contained an incorrect item and/or different from the product in the order to be returned
- the product has been used beyond simple opening
- the product is not in the same condition as it was delivered and/or if it has been damaged

The refund will be made after receiving the return and verifying that all return requirements have been met. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods and will be made using the same payment method used for the transaction.
No refund will be made for the withdrawal request if:
- the package received contained an incorrect item and/or different from the product in the order to be returned
- the product has been used beyond simple opening
- the product is not in the same condition as it was delivered and/or if it has been damaged

For non-EU countries, the refund does not include any taxes, duties, duties and other charges provided for by the laws of the State where the Products are shipped and delivered will be entirely borne by the Customers.
The refund will be made after receiving the return and verifying that all return requirements have been met. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods and will be made using the same payment method used for the transaction.

There is no right of withdrawal from contracts:
- of provision of services after the service has been fully performed, when the performance has begun with the express consent of the User and with the acceptance of losing the right of withdrawal following the complete execution of the contract
- for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized
